Ad Material Requirements

Software Applications
	We accept Macintosh QuarkXpress, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
Media
	We accept Zip disks, and CDs.
Quark Guidelines
	Set your document size to the exact size of your ad.
	Do not use TIFF picture boxes with a "none" fill.
	Pull all bleeds a minimum of 1/8" (.125") from document edge.
	Do not rotate or skew art in QuarkXpress.
	Do not apply color to bitmap TIFF files in QuarkXpress.
Fonts
	Use Type 1 Postcript fonts only (No TrueType).
	Be sure to include BOTH printer and screen fonts.
Illustrator/Freehand Guidelines
	Convert all type to outlines/paths.
	Convert all colors to CMYK.
	Flatten layers.
Photoshop Guidelines
	Save as CMYK (No RGB).
	Flatten layers.
	Minimum resolution 300 dpi.
	Do not compress files with any of the following: LZW, TIFF, JPEG, JPEG encoded EPS.
Color Separations
	TAC (Total Area Coverage) not to exceed 300%.
